I'm, not sure who needs to hear this message, but I need to talk to you for a second.
So the other day I, woke up and my voice sounded real different as you could tell right now.
And it seems as if my voice is going out, but I'm praying against that right and God put this message on my heart.
And even though even though my voice is hurting my voice hurting, even though my my throat is hurting and I should be resting.
My throat I care about you and I want to get this message right here to you.
So the other day I was driving home, right and I couldn't help.
But notice as I approached the red light I seen something in the middle of the road now, I drive a truck.
So don't get me wrong.
I could have just, you know, kept going, you know and rolled over this thing right? It wouldn't have it wouldn't have affected me at all because I'm off the ground right? But I seen this baseball in the middle of the road.
So I happened to be at the red light.
So I quickly, uh, I quickly, put it in part I opened my door, I got out to go check it out.
You know, what I'm saying I walked up to the baseball I looked at the baseball I smiled a little bit.
You know, what I'm saying in my mind I'm, all I'm already, knowing it's about to be a video, but I'm, not trying to rush it I'm, trying to get what God is trying to show me because I'm just a little dude out here playing in traffic with a baseball right? So I pick up the baseball I.
Look at it.
I start smiling and I couldn't help.
But notice all these scratches and these dents in it.
So here I am at the red light looking around I'm, looking for a baseball field in my mind I'm thinking, somebody must have hit a home run, maybe there's a park over there.
I'm wondering, what happened? How did this? How did this baseball land right in front of me in the middle of traffic? So I might hit brainstorming to me I'm trying to figure it out, but to the person on side of me or behind me, they like man, this dude, right here probably crazy.
And you know what they probably right so I looked back down at the baseball I say, you know, what baseball you mine.
Now you mind now baseball and I look to my right and to my left to make sure it wasn't.
Nobody around me with a glove that was looking around, you know, because I was gonna throw it back to him because it's theirs.
So I didn't, see the owner.
Anyway.
So I put the thing in my pocket.
You know, what I'm saying and I got on out of there, you know how we do.
And so I got back in my truck and I had a smile on my face because I knew exactly what's going on.
You see, let me tell you something this baseball is you.
You've been hit a lot of times.
You may have been abused, whether it be by a person, whether it be emotionally or be abused, verbally abused, where life has done you.
You may have been fired.
You may have been lied on people may have disrespected.
You people may talk behind your back all kind of ways that people get beat up in life.
See what I'm saying this ball been hit.
So many times I could tell it been hit with a bat.
It looked like a black bat.
You know, it's been scratched people, take it and they throw it.
They really they really don't see the value in this ball.
Why cause it's just a ball.
They probably got a whole bucket of the ball.
And you know what to be honest with you when the ball got lost.
Nobody probably went to look for because I guarantee you they had five or six more, because you can get a lot of these in a jumbo pack for like nine or ten dollars.
Maybe you feel like this ball, maybe you feel lost and confused.
Maybe you feel like people have forgotten about you.
Maybe you feel like nobody sees your value.
Maybe you feel like nobody sees the good things that you do see you the type of person you do good things, but you don't blow a trumpet about it.
You don't brag about it.
You don't boast about it.
You just little old you doing you, but I want to let, you know something God sees you.
He sees your service.
He sees your obedience to him.
He sees what you've been through and God is here to pick you up.
Why is that because you, but you belong to him he's here to remind you listen that you're mine cause listen.
When you stand face to face with him, you want to hear well done my good and faithful servant, the world.
They may not value.
They may leave you on the ground.
They may throw dirt on you.
They may spit on you.
They may even run you over, but guess what your heavenly father? He gonna park the truck that's, my son, that's, my daughter and I'm I'm, well, pleased with them.
He pick you up.
He put you in his pocket and listen.
When you in God's Pocket, you ain't got nothing to worry about Jesus says, follow me and I will make you Fishers of Men.
So when you choose to to truly get behind him, your validation comes from who's in front of you and that's Jesus.
So I challenge you today to look to him for your value care more about what he says about you than what the world says about you.
You've been torn down.
You've been beat up.
I know, you've been beat up, I know, I, I know you looking for fulfillment you looking for validation, but stop looking for it in the world, please because they gonna leave you on the ground I'm trying to tell you.
But when you look to God, you see your value.
This baseball is valuable man, I'm, probably going to be honest, I'm probably going to take this thing.
Home, I'm, probably gonna get a wet towel.
And wipe this thing down, why is that? Because this thing is mine, this is mine, I, chose it God chose you.
You were elected and selected appointed and anointed, listen there's.
Nothing.
You can do to make God stop.
Loving you, why is that because there's nothing you did to make him start loving you in the first place you were chosen.
This ball.
Ain't do nothing for me.
I chose this ball.
That's, unconditional, love, God.
Chose.
You that's, unconditional love.
If this ball choose to just fly out my hand and drop it's, all good I, don't.
Hold it against the ball.
I chose it it's.
Nothing.
It can do to make me, throw it out the window.
This is mine.
So I challenge you to rest, In, God's, Presence rest in God's, uh pocket, because he chose you.
And it don't matter what type of traffic that that you in God to hold up traffic to pick you up that's, right, that's, right? He'll.
Hold up traffic to pick you up, hey and I'm talking to myself.
He he'll hold up traffic to pick me up I need him every single day I rely on him.
Just like you I ain't got all the answers that's, right? I, ain't got all that I don't I, don't need to know it all I just need to know the one who knows it all man.
He make it so simple for us.
